Office keeps using my old unlicensed account. How can I solve this?  

You have been successfully registred for the RUB license. However, it is possible that your old account clings to your installed Office, preventing the new license from working properly. You can check this by following the steps below:

  1. Sign out of all installed Office programs manually and close them afterwards
  2. Access the options of your Windows by following the start-icon and gear-icon subsequently
  3. Open 'Accounts'
  4. Find 'business and schoolaccounts' in the left margin
  5. 'Disconnect' all accounts you find here
